A wail from the ghostlink pumpkin patch signals the arrival of Lucy in Dedheim.

From the settlement of the First Hero, Rune can feel the arrival of powerful adversaries. Seething at the prospect of unmet challenges she longs to depart into the fray.

Cat Eater Enchantress appears in the sunken gloom. The Cyclops Knight emerges from the forge with a new appearance.

The plain of stone faces teems with monsters driven to agitation by unseen forces, Dermacentaur, Talpagoria, Blushing Owl, and Golden Bat return.

Halloween favorites, Dedheim denizens, a we're going batshirt crazy with a Golden Bat shirt, and more arrive to haunt the spooky season.

As usual, project news can be found at our Kickstarter updates!

This week we've plucked a few entries from the Lantern Reign Discord's most recent paint contest. The Lantern's Reign discord is entirely owned by the fans, and everyone involved has done an amazing job cultivating a community. We love seeing events like these we couldn't be prouder!

You can checkout all the entries here!

Tunnel Vision

Inspired by the work of mini-painting legend Roman Lappat, Jollie Painting has created a diorama that evades description. The artist utilizes forced perspective to exaggerate the depth of Scout’s path. Gnarled branches and a blushing owl (lowercase) give the piece a fairy tale feel. When viewing zoomed in I almost thought it was one of our paintings, beyond impressive.

Mom I'd Like to Paint

Masterduck’s mini painting is so good that even the minis themselves are master painters! Based on the premier issue of our Death High comic, certified MILP Simone sits back in a sultry pose while Snow immortalizes the sensual sitter in paint. This is truly a complete paint job; even the little knickknacks on the base are perfectly detailed!

Note: this particular paint job was not a contest entry but we loved it so much we had to sneak it in anyway.

Red Paint District

Sen hails from a settlement that utilizes geothermic gusts to build proficiency with fans! Lexigraph’s Sen shakes her fan slyly as she situates herself as the center of a cyberpunk tableau. The backdrop works so well with the model, always fun to see our beloved characters in new contexts. She really does look beautiful in between ads and trash.

Elsbeth Eclipsed

This piece takes inspiration from Berserk and Fire Emblem, two pieces of media that none of us on the team are familar with. Pappapiconvik composes a sinister frame for a survivor for whom darkness seems to follow. At once haunting and seductive, the piece is a fine display of color, mode, and style.
