We are contacting you to let you know your Kingdom Death rewards are preparing for shipment. Remastered wave 1 of Kickstarter rewards are arriving at their destination ports and we are excited to dispatch them to you! At this time you should visit your pledgeon backerkit to confirm your address is accurate, review your shipping and VAT charges, and review your payment info.

If you have not paid for shipping or VAT your backerkit account should have a new item that affects your balance. The name of this item is: SHIPPING FEE FOR REMASTERED WAVE 1 FULFILLMENT (INCLUDES VAT IF APPLICABLE). This fee combines any outstanding shipping charges and any outstanding VAT due to your region for all the items shipping in this wave.
If you have already paid shipping (and VAT where applicable) as part of your original preorder purchase price or as part of a bundle there should be no additional charge appearing on your pledge. If your address is correct and locked, just sit tight and get excited!
If your shipping details have changed, please correct them on your BackerKit or reach out to support ASAP.
If your order includes a mix of paid and unpaid shipping only your unpaid shipping charges are applied.
If you are a bundle backer please be aware that this is the last shipment we can make with your shipment credit, increases in global shipping prices have depleted the credit more quickly that we could have ever anticipated.
PLEDGES and ADD-ONS Shipping charges and VAT
If the shipping costs of your pledges items from this wave are not paid, they will appear on your Backerkit page combined with any applicable VAT. If this is the case, please confirm your charges, shipping address, and payment method. Backerkit will begin charging your payment method July 18th.
VAT
If you have previously paid VAT on your pledge, your shipping charges will exclude VAT. If your pledge did not include VAT at the time of purchase, and you are in a region where VAT is due, we have added VAT to your shipping charges based on your local VAT rate.
Combined Shipping
At this time, we cannot combine shipping on rewards beyond what is in this shipping wave. Global supply chains continue to be unpredictable, and we do not have the technology to reliably support combined shipping. It remains an area of exploration.
Dark Treasury Backers
If you opted to fulfill your items through Dark Treasury they will appear in your Rewards List when the items are ready to ship. You will receive separate messages from Kingdom Death at this time. Please reach out to support if your backerkit has a shipping balance so we can rectify this.
Proposed Timeline
Shipping charges begin collection on July 18th.
Rewards start shipping August 2025.
Rewards will take weeks to leave their warehouses, please be patient throughout the month of August. Tracking updates will be provided in waves as we receive them.
In case of errors, we will assist any backers who need help as issues arise. Support will be handling your concerns as fast as we can. Please be patient.
