For backers eagerly anticipating the glorious Black Knight expansion, shipping starts soon. We’re so excited for the backers to receive it. We are collecting shipping charges for this expansion for pledges made through kickstarter/backerkit.
Charges will begin Feb 20th
To keep our backers more aware, shipping charges have been added as an “item” on your pledge, so you can clearly see what your new charges are for, BLACK KNIGHT SHIPPING.
We urge everyone receiving a Black Knight to visit their pledge and confirm the accuracy of their address, view any additional shipping charges, and update your credit card if needed.
If your Black Knight is part of a bundle which included shipping, there should be no additional charge appearing on your pledge. If your address is correct and locked, just sit tight and get excited.
PREORDERS that already paid shipping
If your Black Knight was purchased through the preorder store and included shipping, there should be no additional charge appearing on your account. If your address is correct and locked, just sit tight and get excited.
If your shipping details have changed, please correct them on your backerkit or reach out to support ASAP.
PLEDGES and ADD-ONS that owe shipping
If your Black Knight was an add-on to you pledge or part of your pledge rewards, shipping charges will appear on your backerkit page. Confirm your address/payment method. We expect to charge backers on Tuesday Feb 20th (tentatively).
If you have previously paid VAT on your peldge, your shipping excludes VAT. If your pledge did not include VAT and you are in a region where VAT is due, we have added VAT to your shipping charge.
Combined Shipping
At this time we cannot combine shipping for multiple rewards. Global supply chains continue to be unpredictable and we do not have the technology to reliably support combining shipping at this time. It remains an area of exploration.
Proposed Timeline
We expect to start charging shipping Feb 20th. In case of errors, we will assist any backers that need help as issues arise. We plan to start shipping once the majority of backers have completed the shipping charges.
