Welcome back for our monthly check in on our beautiful community. This month we have two models utilizing vibrant metallic contrasts, one with a hulking endgame armor set, and the other with considerably fewer layers. Then we have some original fan art, as well as some original fan feedback. 

Alpha With Aura

RFarmer has done some damn fine work on this Alpha Armor paint. They implement an innovative color scheme consisting of acidic greens and yellows on the Greatchest, Galea, and reddish braids of the survivor themselves. 

Shiny and Sheik 

Masterduck displays their mastery of lighting effects with this elite Sci-Fi Dwelling Keeper paint job. The artist remains humble stating that the metallic effect was “easy to achieve” with some clever color work featuring blue steel and some yellow and pink glazes. 

Storyteller Paiyen 

People have all sorts of stories about their most memorable survivors and showdowns. We have many of our own, just ask the Screaming Nukealope. But rarely do we get to see the survivors themselves tell them. This story is being told by Paiyen, orating her encounter with the Screaming Antelope while donning the beast’s furs. An awesome illustration by InkofViolet. We’d love to see more!

Five Thanks Yous 

We wanted to take some time and thank Playtest for this lovely video on their top five Kingdom Death Expansions. Playtest’s (spoiler-filled) overview covers some of our biggest and baddest boxes to date. We get the feeling like Playtest might be a bit of a glutton for punishment given some of these choices, perhaps we need to make them even harder in the future?? Muahaha
